Jewellery Care
Silver jewellery with brushed & oxidised surfaces
These items may be cleaned by either washing in cold to lukewarm water soapy water (never hot – this will remove the wax coating on the oxidised surface and make them look greyish). Pat dry as water residue can leave marks.
To re-brush, use a scotchbrite nylon dish cleaner, either in straight lines across the surface, or circles dependent on desired effect. If you feel anxious about this, try a small inner patch first. The workshop can redo this for you.
